A3.Trust is a due diligence and risk management system for counterparties and personnel, built for security services and compliance teams in five countries.
Why not a “check service”
A check is a one-off event, and its value is used up at the moment of the verdict. Risk management is a continuous process: the subject is checked and put on monitoring, and when negative signs appear, the system raises the alarm on its own.
That is why the core of the product is not a request, but the subject and their dossier. Checks, scoring, monitoring, relations, access permits, incidents and declarations are built around the dossier, and one page answers the question “what do we know about this counterparty today”.

Principles
History is never rewritten
Verdicts and scoring results cannot be deleted. A revision preserves the original record, and the audit is immutable.
Subject consent is mandatory
A check on an individual never starts without recorded consent. Revoking consent stops checks and monitoring.
A human makes the decision
AI and automatic rules prepare data and hints. A subject cannot be rejected by a model’s decision without a specialist’s involvement.
Place in the A3 ecosystem
A3.Trust supplies verdicts to other products: A3.HR checks candidates, A3.Lawyer checks a counterparty before a contract is signed, A3.Sales checks clients and orders. Sign-in, organizations and subscription work through A3.ID, consents are signed in A3.EDM, files are stored in A3.Drive.

The product targets Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia. Six interface languages, country data sources and the personal data storage requirements of each jurisdiction.
