Situation
A supplier won a tender, and a month later it turns out that its director is a relative of a procurement employee and the company has tax debt. There was a check, but a one-off one, without relations.

- 03Scoring is filled in from external sources, and relation search compares details with employees
- 04A verdict with restrictions: an amount limit or prepayment instead of a rejection
- 05The supplier is put on monitoring until the contract ends
Result
Affiliation with buyers is visible before signing, and a deterioration of the supplier’s condition raises an alert the same day.
