Gifts and hospitality
A gift from a supplier before a tender is not a violation in itself, as long as it is known. The employee declares a gift, hospitality or a trip, and above the threshold the security service decides: approve, reject or transfer to the company.

Boundaries
The registry records declared gifts. Gifts an employee did not report are uncovered through declarations, the anonymous line and investigations.

Who sets the thresholds?
The organization, in its check settings. A gift below the threshold is registered without approval, and one above it waits for the security service’s decision.
Are gifts visible in the counterparty dossier?
Yes. A gift is linked to a subject, so when checking a counterparty the specialist sees what it gave and to whom.
