Situation
A cashier passed a check three years ago. The verdict has expired, the employee has run up debts, and access to the cash desk remains.
How it works
- 01Each access type has a minimum verdict and a maximum risk
- 02An access permit is granted on the basis of a specific verdict and until a date
- 03Scheduled recheck by the risk level of the position
- 04The grounds check revokes access permits with an expired verdict or a critical alert
Result
The registry shows who has access to what and on what basis. An access permit without valid grounds does not outlive one grounds check.
