Verdicts
A binary result supports neither rechecks nor monitoring. An A3.Trust verdict is a decision type, a risk level, restrictions and a period after which a recheck is due. A rejection turns into “we work with them, but on prepayment”, and the business keeps the deal.
Plan All plans.What is inside
- Four types: approved, approved with restrictions, rejected, check impossible
- Risk level: low, moderate, high, critical
- Restrictions: prepayment, amount limit, guarantee, no access to material assets, personal data or finance
- Decision blockers: incomplete steps, a critical risk label, a confirmed screening match
- Mandatory second approval for high risk and amounts above the threshold
- Full PDF report for the security service and an excerpt for the requester
- Revision and revocation that keep the original record
- Validity period, after which the subject goes for a recheck
Boundaries
A verdict cannot be deleted or corrected retroactively: only revised with a new record. Overriding a blocker requires a justification and goes into the anomaly report.
Frequent questions
What does the check requester see?
The decision type, restrictions, validity period and the justification for the requester. Materials, scoring answers and internal comments stay with the security service.
Can a verdict be revoked?
Yes, with a reason. A revocation sends an event to external systems via a webhook and can automatically revoke access permits granted on the basis of this verdict.
When is a second approver needed?
For high and critical risk, and for a deal amount above the threshold the organization sets in its settings.
