Checking an order for prohibited services
A3.Sales checks the order text against the prohibitions registry before the deal.
Situation
A manager accepts an order for a service the company is not allowed to provide in one of its countries of operation. This comes to light during a regulator’s inspection.
How it works
- 01Compliance keeps a prohibitions registry with a country, legal entity, legal basis and keywords
- 02A3.Sales sends the order text for a check when the order is created or changed
- 03A match flags the order and notifies compliance
- 04Compliance makes a recorded decision, and the rule is refined
Result
A prohibited service is visible before the deal, and sales are not stopped by false positives.
