Requests and queue
A check request does not exist on its own: it has a subject, a basis, a priority and a requester. All requests, wherever they come from, land in one security service queue and are distributed by workload and rules.
Plan All plans. Requests from other products and via the API on the Business plan and above. What is inside
- Mandatory subject: pick from the database or create one right from the request form
- Bases: hiring, contract, payment deferral, access to material assets, incident, regulator requirement
- Sources: interface, A3.HR, counterparty registry, public API, scheduler, monitoring
- Request templates, deal amount and currency, contract subject, department
- Normal and urgent SLA, paused while waiting for data from the subject
- Rejection with a structured reason: no consent, duplicate, out of scope, package exhausted
- Assignee rules and specialist workload counters
- The requester sees the status and due date on their page, without access to materials
Boundaries
Employees of other departments create requests without a paid seat. The check volume is limited by the plan package: once it is used up, a request is rejected with a clear reason instead of getting lost.
Frequent questions
Who can create a check request?
Any employee with the requester permission: HR, procurement, sales, finance. Requesters do not take paid seats, so the product can be rolled out across the whole company.
How does the SLA work?
The due date is set by the check regulation in normal and urgent variants. While the specialist waits for data from the subject, the SLA is paused with a reason, and overdue requests are visible on the manager’s dashboard.
Can I take a simple check myself right away?
Yes, a quick check creates a request and assigns it to the author if the organization’s self-check policy allows it.
