Conflict of interest declarations
Once a year, employees declare stakes in other companies, relatives among counterparties and secondary employment. A3.Trust sends out the form, tracks coverage and matches answers against the relations graph: if an employee did not declare a relation the system sees, the discrepancy goes for review.

Boundaries
The employee list comes from A3.HR or is uploaded as a file. A declaration reflects the employee’s statement, and the security service draws the conclusions.
Frequent questions
What counts as a discrepancy?
A relation or a gift that is in the system but not stated in the declaration, and vice versa. A specialist reviews each discrepancy and makes a decision.
Can we create our own declaration form?
Yes. The form is built in the same builder as scoring models and published as a version.
