Subject dossier

The subject of a check is the core of the product. A candidate, counterparty, beneficiary or employee is created once, and all checks, verdicts, documents, relations and events build up in their dossier. One page answers the question “what do we know about this counterparty today”.

What is inside

  • Individuals, legal entities, sole proprietors and foreign persons
  • Identifiers by country: IIN, BIN, INN, SNILS, OGRN, PIN, PINFL and registration numbers
  • Duplicate search by strong and weak attributes with transliteration, merging with history
  • Risk labels with a level, a justification and a removal procedure
  • Subject roles in the organization: candidate, employee, client, supplier, beneficiary
  • Registry import from XLSX with column mapping, and bulk actions
  • Identifier masking, every disclosure is written to the log
  • Dossier export to XLSX and an activity feed: who did what and when

Boundaries

Only security service specialists see the dossier. A check requester from HR, procurement or sales gets the verdict and its validity period, but not the materials.

Frequent questions

What if one person was checked twice under different spellings of the name?

The system looks for duplicates by identifiers, then by weak attributes and spelling variants. A specialist merges the records, the check history of both records is kept, and the merge can be undone.

Can we load our current counterparties and employees at once?

Yes. Import from XLSX with a template, column mapping and a preview. After the import, subjects can be put on monitoring in bulk.

How many identifiers can one subject have?

As many as needed, from different countries. With labor migration in the region this is common: one person has an IIN in Kazakhstan and an INN in Russia.
