Boundaries
The product does not search the internet on its own: analysis works with materials the specialist has added. AI functions stay off until the organization administrator turns them on.
Frequent questions
Does personal data go to an external model?
Only if the organization has explicitly allowed it. There is a mode with the model in your own infrastructure and a separate switch for personal data transfer.
Can AI reject a candidate?
No. A human confirms every model suggestion, and automatic rejection based on a model’s decision is not allowed.
