Many violations become known only because someone decided to report them. The anonymous line gives employees and counterparties a safe channel: the reporter gets a report number and a one-time code and continues the dialogue without revealing themselves.

What is inside

Boundaries
The system stores no data that could identify the reporter. If the reporter loses the code, there is no way back to the dialogue, so the form offers a printable reminder.

Put the QR code in the office or warehouse, and the button on the intranet or the company website. The link and print materials are prepared in the module settings.
Do standards require an anonymous line?
Many anti-corruption policies and compliance standards require a channel for reporting violations without revealing identity. Check the specific requirements of your industry with your lawyers.
